Also contained on this decal is a reference guide explaining the NFPA coding system and an area at the bottom of the decal for symbol decals to be added.  Symbol decals are to be purchased separately and are placed on the bottom of the chemical decal to spell out special precautions and personal protection information employees need to know with regard to that particular chemical.  Both the chemical hazard decals and the symbol decals are manufactured on all weather vinyl with a high tac acrylic adhesive for good adherence to most surfaces and high quality all-weather inks.
