EXT94 is a 4 Year Fire Extinguisher Inspection Tag and is made on 20 mil aluminum and after each inspection, can be indented with a punch in the appropriate month and year.  Each EXT94 tag comes with a nylon tie, and they are sold ten to a pack.

EXT95 is made with indentable 5 mil aluminum with an adhesive back.  Inspection information can be debossed into tag  using a ballpoint pen or pencil .  EXT95 tags come 5 to a pack.
 
Item number 76210 is a Fire Extinguisher  Recharge and Maintenance record tag.  Tags measure 3" x 5 3/4". Price per pack of 25.
