Meets OSHA Specification 1910.145
Another extremely durable line of Carlton tags designed to protect workers from electrical hazards.  Made of vinyl, these tags stand up to dirt, moisture & grease.  Backside of all tags says "Danger - Do Not Remove This Tag," "Necessary Disciplinary Action Will Be Taken If These Orders Are Disregarded", "See Other Side."  Reinforced with 3/8" grommets.
