Tags IRT-1 thru IRT-3 are on color coded CSU stock and come 100 per pack.  They measure 2 3/8" x 4 3/4". 

Tag IRT-4 is printed on manila tag stock and perforated above the second consecutive number so that the bottom section may be used for record keeping.    IRT-4 measures 2 5/8" x 5 1/4".
